How to use the Team Member's section

Adding a team member

  1. Open Settings and scroll down to the Business section.

  2. Tap Members.

  3. In the new menu, select Team Members at the top of the screen.

  4. Tap the + icon next to Transient Members. This will open the Register User screen.

  5. Enter the team member’s information:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

  6. Once completed, the new team member will appear in the Transient Members list.

Member Details

The Member Details screen appears when you tap on an employee’s name in the Transient Members list. From here, you can view and manage the team members’ personal information and configure their settings within the business.

Sales Settings
In the Sales section, you can enable the following options:
Service Provider – Allows the team member to be assigned to specific services.
Seller – Allows the team member to use the Point of Sale (POS) on their device to process sales.
Allow Tips – Enables the option for the team member to receive tips from customers.
Commissions – Allows the team member to earn commissions based on sales or services.

Permissions
In the Permissions section, you can assign roles to the team member based on the tasks and responsibilities they will have within the business.

Work Schedule
In the Work Schedule section, you can assign shifts to the team member according to the business’s operating schedule. This helps organize staff availability and ensure proper coverage during working hours.

Removing a team member

  1. Verify that the name of your team member appears in the Manage Members section.
    a. Next to the name, it should display the status “Active.”

  2. Tap the name of the team member you wish to delete.
    a. This will open a new screen titled Member Details.
    b. Verify that this is the correct team member you want to remove.

  3. Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner of the screen.
    a. Tap the Remove Member button.
