Setting Up Categories & Services

To create and manage your services, use the Cutflow Service Catalog Wizard. This tool allows you to set up your categories and services quickly using business category templates. 

Follow these steps to manage your Service Catalog manually:

  1. Access the Service Catalog

    • Tap the Service Catalog card on the Home screen.
    • Alternatively, go to the Settings screen by tapping the settings icon in the bottom menu, then select Service Catalog.
  2. Add Categories

    • In the Categories screen, tap Add Category.
    • Enter the category name and tap Continue to save.
    • After creating a new category, you will be prompted to enter services. If you prefer to add all your categories at once, you can choose to do it "In another moment".
  3. Add Services to Categories

    • Once all your categories are entered, select a category to begin adding services.
    • If a category has no services, you will see the option Add Service. Tap this button to proceed.
    • Enter the Name and Description of the service. You can optionally add a Reference Code, especially if using Industry Kits for easier image location.
    • Add images by tapping Choose from Gallery.
    • Specify the duration in minutes and price. The currency is based on your location.
    • Enable whether the service is provided in the establishment and/or on-site at the customer’s location.
    • If you enable Professional Customization, professionals can adjust the pricing and description of the service.
    • In the Manage Members section, assign the professionals who can offer the services to customers.
