The Customer Management feature allows businesses to create and store customer profiles in Cutflow. Creating a customer profile is necessary when processing orders, scheduling appointments, or selling products, as it links transactions to a specific customer.
Customer profiles store information for recurring customers, allowing their details to remain on file for future transactions and making it easier to complete orders or bookings.
Each customer profile provides access to general customer information, including a Customer Summary, which displays details such as total amount spent, number of orders, average order value, and totals from recent orders.
The profile also includes Customer Activity, which shows additional information such as the customer category and the dates of the first and most recent orders. In addition, the profile displays details about the customer’s most recent transactions, allowing businesses to quickly review their purchase history.
