Order Tray

The Order Tray is designed for quick, in-person sales and is accessible from the main menu of the Cutflow app, using the icon located at the bottom center of the screen. It enables staff to efficiently create, review, and complete orders while interacting with customers.

The Order Tray screen includes the following options:

  • All Orders
    View all orders and their details by date.

  • Cash Reconciliation
    Close your cash register and reconcile your sales.

  • Memberships
    Manage memberships and subscriptions.

Orders can be sorted out by the following statuses: 

  • All

  • Requested

  • In Progress

  • Complete

  • Pending Payment

  • Canceled

Orders are displayed by date in a table that includes:

  • Customer name

  • Professionals who provided services

  • Number of products and services in the order

  • Order number

  • Payment method

  • Order amount

  • Order status
