Custom Availability

If there are specific events that require you to be available outside of your normal work schedule or make you unavailable, you can adjust your calendar using Custom Availabilities.

If you have training sessions, meetings, or personal events that affect your work availability, add them to the calendar to avoid scheduling a customer appointment and creating a conflict.

This feature is also useful for adding extended hours to support events, allowing you to accept appointments without changing your normal work schedule.

  • Add an Adjustment:
    Select if the time allocation is "Available" or "Unavailable" to accept appointment requests. Choose the date, start time, and end time. You can enable the option to Repeat the Adjustment for daily, weekly, or monthly events. You can set a specific end date for the adjustment or set it indefinitely.

  • Enter a Reason:
    Provide a reason for the adjustment of the custom availability for future reference.
