The Appointments feature allows businesses to schedule services with customers in advance.
Appointments can be created in two ways:
By customers, using a shared booking link to select available services, dates, and times.
By business owners or staff, directly from the Appointments option in the main menu of the Cutflow app.
Appointments are tied to services and professionals, ensuring availability is respected and services are properly assigned. Once booked, appointments can be viewed, managed, and completed from within the app, allowing businesses to prepare for upcoming services and process orders efficiently.
