Liveness Test: This involves a facial recognition test using your mobile device to match your face with a valid government-issued ID, such as a passport, identity card, or driver's license. You will be required to take a picture of both the front and back of your ID during the onboarding process.
Manual Verification: If there are any issues, a manual face or document verification process will be initiated.
You can update your profile photo and provide additional information, such as your name, tax identification number, and date of birth, to complete the verification.
