The Home Screen of the Cutflow App is your central hub for managing appointments, exploring service providers, and accessing personal information. Here's a guide to navigating and using the features available on the Home Screen.
Top Menu Bar
- Bell Icon: This icon displays a tick with the number of unread messages. Tap it to open the Messages Screen and view your notifications.
- Photo Icon: Tap this icon to access the Personal Information screen, where you can review and update your personal details collected by the app.
Bottom Menu Bar
The bottom menu bar provides quick access to essential sections of the app:
- Home: Returns you to the Home Screen.
- Explore: Allows you to discover new businesses and professionals.
- Activity: Shows your recent activities and order history.
- Messages: Opens the Messages Screen for communication with service providers.
- Settings: Access and adjust your app preferences and account settings.
Search Control
Use the search control to quickly locate businesses, teams, and professionals. Enter keywords to find the service providers or services you need.

Upcoming
This section displays your scheduled appointments. Each order card includes:- Order Number: Identifies the appointment.
- Service Provider: Name of the professional or business.
- Service Delivery Type: Indicates if the service is onsite or at the establishment.
- Date and Time: When the appointment is scheduled.
- Cost: The total amount for the service.
- Status: Current status of the appointment (e.g., confirmed, pending).
Tap on an order card to view full details, including the location, map link for navigation, and a cost breakdown (Subtotal, Discount, Service Charge, Taxes, and Order Total).

Quick Picks
Displays a scrollable row of businesses and teams offering services. Each entry shows the business logo or profile image, name, join date, and business category. Quick Picks feature popular or recently viewed businesses and professionals.Tap a business to start the appointment booking process.

Professionals
Showcases individual professionals who are part of teams and businesses. This section also scrolls horizontally and features popular professionals based on platform/community activity.Tap a professional to view their services. After selecting services, tap the Continue button to make an appointment request. At least one service must be selected to proceed.

Wherever You Want
Choose between:- At the Establishment: Services provided at the business location.
- At Your Place: Onsite services provided at your location.
Select the type of service, and the app will filter providers accordingly. You can search for specific businesses or professionals and book services as needed.
Once you've selected a provider, choose the services, date, and time. The Your Order screen will display details including the establishment address and map link. Review and edit service details as necessary, and add more services if desired. Swipe to submit the order, which will be confirmed or automatically submitted after 10 seconds.

What You Need
Displays service providers by business categories. Select a category and search for providers. Choose between establishment or onsite services as prompted.After selecting a provider, choose the services and schedule your appointment. Review the order on the confirmation screen, where you can also undo changes within 10 seconds. For changes after submission, follow the instructions provided to update or cancel the order.
For any changes to your orders or additional help, access the Order from the Activity view and use the available prompts. The service provider will be notified of any adjustments.
